FREYA’S CLOSET RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted through our Return Portal at:
https://www.freyascloset.com/apps/redo/returns-portal
The portal will guide you step-by-step through the process.
If the exchange is not for sizing or other related reasons, store credit will be issued. All other returns will be processed as store credit unless they qualify for a full refund under the 7-day return policy.
We’re here to help—our goal is to make this process as easy and simple as possible.
Return Policy
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Returns made within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund.
- Returns made after 7 days, but within 30 days, will receive store credit only.
- Returned items must be free from perfume, odors, makeup, pet hair, or deodorant stains.
- Shoes must be unworn, free of scuffs, and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include:
Final sale items
- Jewelry, sunglasses, and hair accessories
- Swimwear, bramis, intimates, bodysuits, and hats
- Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use our Return Portal within 30 days of delivery. You’ll need your order number and the reason for your return.
Returns submitted outside the portal will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If you selected “redo” at checkout, you may qualify for free return shipping.
The portal will let you know if you qualify or if you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We do not accept returns on final sale items.
If your return is accepted, you can download a prepaid return label from the portal.
If you did not select free returns at checkout, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Store Credit & Refunds
Store credit and refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Returns received within 30 days will be inspected for wear.
Eligible items will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery through the Return Portal and must show no signs of wear or use.
Final Sale & Discount Policy
- All sale and flash sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- If your return causes your order total to drop below a discount threshold, the discount will be removed and your refund adjusted.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds apply only to the item’s price and applicable tax.
If Freya’s Closet ships the wrong item, size, or color, you will be fully reimbursed, including shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Freya’s Closet is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” but lost or stolen.
Please contact your local post office for help.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
No refunds will be issued for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
