We despatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt of order depending on the time of day the order was placed. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address on receipt of your order and when your order has been despatched.
We ship worldwide.
We use An post signed for delivery service as our primary delivery method.
For the republic of Ireland our postal charge is €8 and takes 1-2 working days.
For Great Britain and mainland Europe our postal charge is €10 and takes 3-4 working days.
For the rest of the world the postal charge is €15 and takes 5-10 working days.
Please allow extra time at peak times like Christmas as the postal system is extra busy as you can imagine. Freya’s closet can not be held responsible for these delays as they are out of our control.
Undelivered orders
Any order that is returned to us as undelivered will be sent back out to cutomer at their expense and a paypal request will be sent to the customer for the second postal amount before the parcel is resent.
All orders are checked and wrapped with great care but If there is an issue with your order when you receive it please contact us with 48hours by email letting us know what the issue is and we will respond asap.
